All holders of the initial 10 "Thousand Brokers" NFT collection are offered and listed as a crowdfunding gift and are bound to the initial and official terms and service listed.

All sales of fund shares are through the blockchain.

Your investment contract is represented by the “Broker” NFT you own.

During the IPO, 1000 total shares will be offered to investors through projects “Thousand Brokers” on Polygon and “Thousand Brokers Phase 2” on Ethereum.

After the IPO, an investor may purchase shares of Thousand Brokers in the secondary market (OpenSea).

The purchase or sale price for shares reflects the current market price of the fund.
