Not a DAO, this is a legal private equity investment fund that participates in the NFT market instead of typical securities.
Thousand Brokers is bridging the gap between private equity investing and web3 finances.
Each NFT represents a limited partnership in the fund portfolio.
Holders are the fund managers meaning we want you to decide what the fund does with your invested capital.
Holders are not given IP rights to the NFTs held by the fund.
Any NFT held by the fund is allowed to be turned into a ERC-1155 contract if voted.
If a token is voted to become a ERC-1155 token like Bobu, the Bean Farmer , then the token contract services will be through fractional.art
Only holders that own a Thousand Brokers share at the specified time will be given a free mint to any token that is created as a ERC-1155 token.
All holders will have the access to vote through majority decision with Snapshot.
Each individual NFT represents 1 vote out of 1000 total.
Holders decide when and what NFT the fund will buy/sell for the starting portfolio.
All decisions after are through community scheduled voting events held by the firm.
Thousand Brokers requires all initial holders and future holders to submit a application to mint on Google Forms.
We are looking for 10 people that want to be the original members of the fund.
The first 10 shares are offered early giving holders a chance to receive benefits for being early.
All capital from the early investor collection will go directly to SEC/legal filing fees for private equity investment funds and official terms of service.
All 10 Brokers on the Ethereum collection Thousand Brokers will receive a bonus portfolio representation compared to the remaining 990/1000.
Brokers #0001 - #0010 represent 0.2% or 0.002 pool representation per NFT.
Brokers #0011 - #1000 NFTs receive a fund portfolio representation of 0.102% or 0.00102041 per NFT.
Holders of Brokers #0001 - #0010 agree to all initial terms as well as the transfer for the official terms of service posted before public sale of the remaining 990 Broker NFTs.
Thousand Brokers is working with a private-independent financial legal firm through independent contracting agreements.
Early Investors that hold shares #0001- #0010 are allowed a full refund if the fund does not sellout all 1000 brokers by December 1st, 2022
Capital from the initial 10 sales and secondary sales will contribute to legal costs associated by the independent legal firm.
